The Woman's Cancer League and Partners

The Woman’s Cancer League and Partners support the Taylor Breast Health Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital and breast cancer research at UM/Sylvester. The center offers screening and diagnostic mammograms, ultrasound, biopsy, education, psychosocial services, support groups, and a multidisciplinary breast cancer conference for newly diagnosed patients. In addition, the center’s mobile mammography unit performs outreach and community service.

The Woman’s Cancer League and Partners maintain their support of the Taylor Breast Health Center because of its commitment to provide the finest cancer care and treatment to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay. The organization also donates to local cancer research programs through its ongoing support of UM/Sylvester. The Woman’s Cancer League and Partners believes that a cure for all cancer depends upon continued funding for research and early diagnosis.
